Refund Policy -

Liotta Pressure Washing

At Liotta Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of exterior cleaning services, the following refund policy applies.

No Guaranteed Results - 

​

While we strive to provide high-quality results, we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, discoloration, or surface imperfections. Results may vary based on surface condition, age, and material.

​

No Refunds After Service Completion - 

​

Once services have been completed, refunds are not guaranteed. Exterior cleaning services involve labor and time that cannot be reversed once performed.

​

Service Concerns & Re-Clean Policy - 

​

If a customer believes a service was not performed correctly, they must notify Liotta Pressure Washing within 48 hours of service completion.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Revisit the property to address the concern, or

  • Perform a reasonable re-clean of the affected area

This re-clean opportunity serves as the primary remedy in place of a refund.

Refunds (If Applicable) - 

​

Refunds, if issued, are granted at the sole discretion of Liotta Pressure Washing and may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made for services not performed, or

  • A scheduling error occurred on our part that cannot be reasonably corrected

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Deposits - 

​

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once services are scheduled, except in cases where Liotta Pressure Washing is unable to perform the agreed-upon service.

​

Cancellations - 

​

Refund eligibility for cancellations is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions, including notice requirements and weather-related delays.
