Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement -

Liotta Pressure Washing

Effective Date: 12/23/2025

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Liotta Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility -

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to book or authorize services. By scheduling service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to approve work.

Scope of Services -

Liotta Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

House washing
Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
Fence and deck cleaning
Roof washing
Stain treatments and surface restoration
Sealing services

Services are performed using professional equipment, cleaning solutions, and industry-accepted methods.

Pricing & Estimates -

Any quoted price, estimate, or online booking total is based on information provided at the time of scheduling and typical conditions.

Final pricing may vary depending on, but not limited to:

Time required to complete the service
Size of the property or surface area
Condition of surfaces being cleaned
Severity of stains, buildup, or organic growth
Accessibility and job complexity

Customers will be informed of any significant price adjustments prior to or during service whenever possible.

Pre-Existing Conditions -

Customer acknowledges that exterior surfaces may have pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Cracked or chipped concrete
Loose or damaged siding
Aged, oxidized, or faded paint
Rotten or splintering wood
Loose boards, nails, or fasteners

Liotta Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Stain Removal Disclaimer -

While we strive for the best possible results, not all stains can be fully removed. This includes, but is not limited to:

Rust stains
Oil stains
Organic growth (mold, mildew, algae)
Hard water or mineral stains
Paint, grease, or chemical discoloration

Results may vary based on surface type, age, and condition. No guarantees are made regarding complete stain removal.

Water Access & Usage -

Customer agrees to provide complete and unobstructed access to an adequate water supply for use by Liotta Pressure Washing and its associates as necessary to perform the requested services.

Liotta Pressure Washing does not currently provide water hauling services. By booking service, the customer consents to reasonable water consumption required to complete the job. Liotta Pressure Washing is not responsible for water-related costs incurred by the customer.

Water Intrusion Disclaimer -

Liotta Pressure Washing is not responsible for water entering the structure. Potential risks of entry include, but are not limited to:

Open or improperly sealed windows or doors
Faulty siding, flashing, or caulking
Vents, outlets, or pre-existing openings

Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows and doors are properly closed prior to service.

Plants, Landscaping & Property -

We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, including pre-wetting and rinsing plants. However, Liotta Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to property, including but not limited to:

Delicate plants
Pre-existing unhealthy landscaping
Items not disclosed or properly moved prior to service

Customers are responsible for removing or securing personal items near work areas.

Decks, Fences & Sealing -

Wood is a natural material and may react unpredictably to cleaning or sealing. Customers acknowledge:

Wood may appear lighter or uneven after cleaning
Soft or aged wood may splinter or raise grain
Sealed surfaces require adequate curing time

Customers should keep foot traffic and pets off treated areas until advised it is safe to resume normal use.

Roof Cleaning -

Roof cleaning is performed using low-pressure methods designed to minimize risk. Liotta Pressure Washing is not responsible for:

Existing loose or damaged shingles
Prior leaks or structural issues
Roofing materials at or beyond their expected lifespan

Payment Terms -

Payment may be made at the time of online booking or upon completion of services.

If payment is not collected at the time of service, an invoice will be sent promptly following job completion. Customers agree to remit payment in a timely manner upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits may be required for certain services. Late or unpaid balances may delay future service or result in additional fees. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Cancellations & Rescheduling -

Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Service dates and times may be adjusted due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions. Weather-related delays are considered circumstances beyond our control. Liotta Pressure Washing will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services as soon as conditions allow.

Photos & Documentation -

Liotta Pressure Washing may take before-and-after photos for documentation, quality control, or marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

Limitation of Liability -

Liotta Pressure Washing’s liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. Under no circumstances shall Liotta Pressure Washing be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Right to Refuse Service -

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, aggressive behavior, non-payment, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law -

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Agreement -

By booking or receiving services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
